The manual is the task pipeline: tasks, waves, reviews, the launcher — you assemble it yourself with your AI over a weekend. Turnkey is the pipeline plus the production loop around it: Docker architecture, automated tests, a staging environment, auto-deploy to production (CI/CD) — all set up by us, with team training and a warranty of up to 12 months. Teams and products with live production take turnkey; a solo developer is fine with the manual.
