AI Task Pipeline: Development Without a Bloated Team
Fable decomposes an epic into waves of subtasks → simple models develop the tasks of a wave in parallel, while the waves themselves run strictly one after another → two AI reviewers check each task → everything is automatically assembled and deployed. Waves of different epics can run in parallel. We'll set up the same pipeline for your team or product.

Epic decomposition by Fable
Claude Fable — Anthropic's most powerful model — splits the epic into waves of subtasks with clear requirements and an acceptance checklist. Each subtask is an independent unit of work with the full epic context built in.
Sequential waves, parallel tasks
Tasks within a wave run simultaneously in isolated git worktrees — no conflicts between agents. The waves themselves run strictly sequentially: wave N+1 starts only after wave N merges, building on its foundation. Parallelism lives one level up — waves of different epics run at the same time.
Simple models instead of an expensive team
Routine subtasks are handled by fast, cheap models — the result is just as good, and tokens cost far less. The expensive Fable is only used for decomposition and architecture review.
2 AI reviewers on every task
Code Review checks typing, style and documentation compliance. Architecture Review checks data flows, contracts between modules and architectural violations. Results are cached — a repeat check is instant.
Hotfixes and features — at the same time
Any number of tasks in parallel: an urgent hotfix doesn't wait in line and doesn't block a feature in development. Every task gets its own branch, its own worktree, its own environment.
Safe auto-deploy
After a wave is built: automated tests, deployment to staging, manual review, then production with a health-check and instant rollback. All through a single command.
Classic Team vs AI Pipeline

Prices are indicative: the final quote comes after a free audit of your product. Staged payments, contract-based.
This isn't theory — the pipeline is running right now
We build CHATBOSS.PRO on this exact pipeline — a platform for creating Telegram bots through a visual block editor. Without a single line of code, users assemble a bot with AI logic, menus, bookings and integrations.
💬 The AI consultant itself runs on the CHATBOSS.PRO platform — ask it about the pipeline, timelines and pricing right in Telegram.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does the price include and what does it depend on?
Reference points: $2,000 — pipeline launch in 5–10 days, $5,000 — implementation with a year of warranty and consultations, $50,000 — the Resident format with 3 months embedded in your team. The final quote depends on the number of repositories, the stack and the complexity of the environments — we calculate it after a free audit.
How does payment work?
In stages, under a contract: an advance for the audit and setup, the balance after acceptance — when the first task passes the full cycle from a Jira ticket to production before your eyes.
What do we need to provide to start?
Access to your repositories and server (or a budget for a VPS from $10/month), one manual QA tester and 1–2 calls per week. Everything else — Jira, Docker, environments, deploy, AI reviews — we set up ourselves.
Whose AI tokens are used and what do they cost?
We work through your API keys: the costs are transparent and stay under your control. Routine subtasks run on cheap models, so a code iteration costs cents; the expensive Fable kicks in only for decomposition and architecture review.
Brands That Have Trusted Us Since 2012
Behind the pipeline is a studio with a 13-year track record: promo games and apps for global and local brands
