Case Study: The CHATBOSS.PRO AI Software Factory

CHATBOSS.PRO is a SaaS platform for building Telegram bots: a visual editor, AI blocks, payments, bookings. Five repositories, dozens of containers. And all of it is shipped by a pipeline of AI agents — without a development team.

How it works

CHATBOSS.PRO AI factory: Jira → epic decomposition → parallel waves of AI agents → 2 AI reviewers → staging → production

The product

A platform where a business assembles a Telegram bot from blocks without code: GPT-powered AI replies, menus, online booking, HTTP integrations. 49 ready-made bot templates, 500+ users.

The scale of the system

Five git repositories: a React frontend and Express API, a bot runtime on Telegraf (one Docker container per bot), infrastructure, Jira automation, social media tools. MySQL, TypeORM, a shared types package.

The life of a task in the factory

A Jira ticket → make CHAT-XXX deploys a worktree and environment → an AI agent writes code following the project patterns → code review and architecture review → staging → QA acceptance → staged deploy to production.

Epics in parallel waves

A large feature is decomposed by a smart model into waves of subtasks. A wave of 3–5 tasks runs simultaneously in isolated worktrees, merges through a two-stage review — and the next wave starts.

Quality at four checkpoints

AI code review (typing, style, documentation), AI architecture review (contracts, data flows), 57+ Playwright E2E tests on an isolated stand, and manual QA acceptance.

The humans in the system

One curator steers production and makes the architectural calls; one manual QA tester clicks through tasks on staging. All the routine — code, reviews, deploys, Jira statuses — is done by the pipeline.

Factory Numbers

Metric Classic approach CHATBOSS.PRO factory
Platform users Years and a large team 500+ users, pipeline + 2 people
Opening a task with environment 30+ minutes by hand Seconds: make CHAT-XXX
Reviews per task 1 reviewer, sometimes 2 AI reviewers, always
Tests before release Often skipped 57+ E2E on every staged deploy
Containerization Shared server, conflicts 1 Docker container per bot
Cost of a code iteration Developer hours × rate Tokens — cents per subtask

The factory is open for tours

We show the pipeline live: how a task travels from Jira to production in one evening, how the AI reviewers reject weak code, how the QA tester accepts features on staging. See for yourself that this is a working production line, not a slide deck.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does this only work for Telegram bots?

No. Bots are the specifics of the CHATBOSS.PRO product. The pipeline itself — Jira, worktrees, AI agents, double review, environments — transfers to any web product: SaaS, marketplaces, internal systems.

Can we see the system live?

Yes: the platform is open at chatboss.pro — sign up and build a bot. And we'll show the pipeline internals on a demo call: the real Jira, real tasks, a real deploy.

We want a factory like this. Where do we start?

With an audit: we break down your product and stack and show how the pipeline maps onto it. Implementation takes 2–4 weeks; from your side — one manual QA tester. Then production runs on your infrastructure.
