Software Development Without Hiring Developers
Don't hire developers, a tech lead or a DevOps engineer. We deploy an AI pipeline that writes, reviews and ships code on its own. All you need on your side is one person — a manual QA tester who accepts tasks on the staging environment.
Launch development without a teamHow it works
What we need from you: one QA tester
A person with no coding skills who opens a task on the staging environment, clicks through the scenario and leaves comments right in Jira. That's it. No tech lead, no DevOps engineer, no development staff.
We set up everything else
We install and configure Jira, the Git workflow, the Docker architecture, staging and production environments, auto-deploy and AI reviews. We define the design patterns for your product — the pipeline keeps the architecture consistent by itself.
AI agents write the code
A smart model decomposes the task, simple models write code in parallel inside isolated git worktrees, and two AI reviewers check every task: a code review and an architecture review.
Project economics
Instead of payroll for 3–8 developers — AI model tokens (cents per iteration) and one QA tester's salary. Infrastructure runs on a VPS from $10/month, with no recurring platform fees.
Speed without queues
Tasks run in parallel waves: an urgent hotfix doesn't wait for a feature to be finished. A new task is opened with a single command and goes straight into production.
Full transparency
Every task is a Jira ticket whose statuses move automatically: In Progress → In Testing → Done. You watch the whole production flow in real time, like on a factory floor.
How we launch development without a team
Product audit
A call to break down your product or idea; we fix the stack, the scope and the priorities of the first epics.
Jira setup
We deploy Jira, configure the status workflow and teach your QA tester to write tasks and leave review comments.
Docker and environments
We design the Docker architecture and bring up staging and production with auto-deploy and rollback.
Pipeline launch
We connect the AI agents, two AI reviewers and the design patterns tailored to your codebase.
First task
A full cycle run: task → code → review → staging → QA acceptance → production.
Handover
Documentation and make commands are yours: the pipeline runs without us, and we stay available for support.
In-House Team vs AI Pipeline + QA Tester
This is how CHATBOSS.PRO is built
We build the Telegram bot platform CHATBOSS.PRO exactly this way: the AI pipeline writes the code, a human accepts tasks on staging. Five repositories, React + Express + MySQL, every bot running in its own Docker container.
Frequently Asked Questions
No developers at all — is that for real?
Yes. The code is written by AI agents orchestrated by the pipeline; quality is enforced by two AI reviewers and automated tests. There is one human in the loop — a manual QA tester who accepts tasks on staging. For complex architectural decisions, we step in ourselves.
Who is responsible for code quality?
The pipeline. Typing and style are checked by the code reviewer; data flows and contracts between modules — by the architecture reviewer. Before production, every task passes end-to-end tests on an isolated staging environment.
What if the AI makes a mistake?
A mistake gets caught at one of the checkpoints: AI review, automated tests, or manual QA acceptance on staging. A task reaches production only after all three. If something still slips through — rollback is one command.
Will we be locked in to you?
No. The whole system is yours: your repositories, your Jira, your servers. We hand over the documentation and make commands — you can run the pipeline yourself or keep us on support.
